2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
· Delivery is available across Nigeria and selected West African regions.
· Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
· Delivery timelines vary based on location, order size, and logistics availability.
· Customers must ensure accurate delivery details and site accessibility.
· Offloading at the delivery point is strictly the responsibility of the customer.
· Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or site issues may incur additional charges.
· Risk transfers to the customer once goods are delivered to the agreed location.
3. Return Policy
· All complaints/claims must be reported within the 24hours of delivery with verifiable evidence and proper sign off on the waybill on delivery
· Products/consignment must remain unused and in original condition.
· Inspection of returned items/consignment is required for validation before approval.
· Unauthorized returns without documented evidence signed off by the parties, the Company’s Representative and Driver will not be accepted.
· Return logistics may be charged unless due to company error.
4. Refund Policy
· Refunds apply only to approved returns or undelivered orders.
· No refunds for accepted delivered goods.
· Requests must be made within 24 hours of issue reporting.
· Processing time is 7–14 business working days.
· Refunds are issued via original payment method.
· Deductions may apply for logistics or administrative costs.
5. Payment Policy
· Full payment is required before order processing.
· Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved online gateways.
· Orders are not confirmed until payment is verified.
· Pricing may change due to market conditions without prior notice.
· The company retains the right to adjust pricing to the prevailing rate if any changes occur before delivery
· The company will never request payment via personal bank accounts, WhatsApp, or social media DMs. All suspicious transactions to pay to different account must be reported through our whistleblowing channel
· Any request to “pay a different account” is fraudulent.
· Customer should exercise due diligence and follow the company’s user guide before making payment
6. Website Usage Policy
· Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
· Unauthorized use of the website may result in account restriction.
· All content on the website is the property of Kazab Heritage Limited, a subsidiary of Repton Group.
· Users must not attempt to disrupt or compromise website security.
· The company is not liable for temporary downtime or technical issues.
7. Order Management Policy
· Orders can only be modified or canceled before dispatch.
· Bulk orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
